Hand Trampling Newbie Tortured

This dude never had his palms trampled before, so I displayed him some mercy and only put on converse sneakers... but of course I still want to have some fun, so I put a blindfold on the slave. The rubber sole of my converse seem to be more than enough to hurt this slave - and of course I know how to inflict serious pain even without a pair of heels ;- At one point he even thought it would be a good idea to protect one of his hands with his other one... obviously it wasnt, since I then stepped up on top and crushed both of his hands against each other :-D.
